Propolia Gentle nasal Spray
Organic Propolis, Honey & Horsetail
Directions for use:
Shake before use. Spray once to twice each nostril, up to four times a day. Tilt your head to the side and gently insert the applicator into your nostril and press down. Wait a few seconds. Renew the application in the other nostril. Blow your nose. Clean the bottle tip after each use.

Precautions:
From 3 years and older. Not recommended for people with allergies to beehive products. Keep out of the reach of young children. Use within 30 days after opening. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose and 8 consecutive days of use. Do not use more than 5 times a year. Store away from heat and humidity.
